These terms apply to anyone using Roof Replacement Littleton CO, a website that helps homeowners in Littleton, CO and the surrounding area pass a roofing request to one independent local roofer. By using the site, you accept them.
The site is a free referral service. It performs no roof work, writes no estimates, quotes no prices of its own and is not a party to any contract you sign. Any estimate, contract, warranty or job comes from the roofer, and any agreement is between you and that company.
The guides, cost figures, calculator results and summaries of state and local rules are general information. Prices, laws and permit policies change, so confirm anything important with the roofer, the permit office for your address or your own advisers before you rely on it.
You agree to give accurate details and to send requests only about property you own or have permission to act for. Please don't use the form to send spam, test data or anyone else's information without their consent.
To the extent Colorado law allows, the site is not responsible for a roofer's work, pricing, conduct, warranties or schedule, or for losses that come from relying on general information here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. They may be updated from time to time; the version dated October 10, 2026 is the current one.
